Séamus has been involved with the community through Navan Theatre Group and more recently as doctor to the Meath Senior Inter-county football team.

He is a Former Chairman of North East Doctor on Call.

Séamus is the Vice-person of Meath Green Party and has worked on the Health Policy Group developing the health policy for the Green Party
